
Learn to meditate in a low-stress and supportive online class. All experience levels welcome--from those who have never tried meditation, to those who have tried it before and disliked it, to those who have cultivated a regular practice but love the support of a group.
All you need to participate is Zoom access and a comfortable place to sit.
